Return Window
We accept approved eligible return requests within 30 days of purchase. All return requests must be reviewed and approved by our support team before any item is shipped back.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for an approved return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Reviewed and approved by our support team before return shipment
Approved eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and digital access reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened needles
- Used cartridges
- Disposable items
- Any item that has been used, opened, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Digital course access
- Skool access once access has been granted
Digital Course / Skool Access
Digital course purchases and Skool access are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Course invitations are sent to the email address used at Shopify checkout. Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout.
PMU Machine Warranty
PMU machines include a 1 year limited warranty covering approved warranty issues.
- For approved warranty repairs within the first 6 months, Hyper PMU Shop covers repair shipping fees.
- After 6 months, the customer is responsible for shipping fees related to warranty repair service.
The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper handling.
